Executive Search Researcher – £30 – 50k pa doe..
We are recruiting for a leading International Consultancy for their London office.
They are looking for an experienced researcher to further strengthen their execution and knowledge management capabilities. You would work across a range of retained search assignments and also when needed provide ad-hoc research support to the Talent Assessment & Development Team, as well as taking part in events.
This a great opportunity for an ambitious individual to join a firm that is still modest in size, but is unusually innovative in the search industry. You should have substantial experience managing research and execution within executive search, including research strategy, sourcing and referencing, candidate approaches as well as supporting the Search Consultants in business development, pitches and candidate interviewing and assessment.
You should be confident in your process and enjoy delivering high- quality research, as well as being able to adapt to new sectors.
Have a high attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency in all of the data managed.
Strong communication and relationship building skills, able to liaise with colleagues, clients and candidates at all levels.
Knowledge and experience of financial services would be advantageous. As well as being able to adapt and work within a changing environment.
